Clog-resistant submersible pumps, dry-installed pumps, mixers and KSB valves for pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants. Selection is done by an engineer, based on the project's flow rate, head and type of wastewater.
Today's wastewater contains more and more fibres, wipes and textiles. They wrap around the impeller, reduce the flow rate and stop the pumps, and every call-out to a station costs time and money.
For wastewater pumping stations and treatment plants we supply KSB pumps with impellers designed for solids-laden water, selected on the real duty point, with efficient motors and the right valves on the discharge side.
The design flow rate (including peak or storm flow) and the total head: the level difference plus the losses in the discharge line.
Domestic, stormwater, industrial or sludge; the fibre and solids content determines the impeller and the free passage.
Submersible in the sump with auto-coupling, or dry installation in the pump room. Depth and available space matter.
Number of pumps (duty and standby), starts per hour, variable speed drive or direct-on-line start.
Each product has technical data, a PDF datasheet and a quote request. Add them to your request or let the engineer choose.
Most often Amarex KRT, submersible, for sumps, and Sewatec or Sewabloc for dry installation. For high flow rates, Amacan, installed in a discharge tube. The choice depends on flow rate, head and type of wastewater.
With an impeller suited to the type of wastewater and a pump that runs close to its best efficiency point. We recommend the impeller variant in our quote, based on the project data.
Yes. Send the tender specification or the bill of quantities and we will send you the technical and commercial offer for every item, with the KSB datasheets.
Yes: Amamix and Amaprop mixers, Amaline internal recirculation pumps and wastewater valves (gate valves, knife gate valves, check valves).
Send the flow rate, head and type of wastewater, or simply the tender specification.
