The data marked on the example shown is enough for us to find the exact part. Photograph the nameplate as clearly as possible, without glare, and, if you can, the worn part.

What data do you need to find the part?
The type, size and serial number from the pump nameplate. A clear photo of the nameplate is enough. If you know it, also mention the part or its position in the sectional drawing.
Do you supply parts for KSB pumps bought from another supplier?
Yes. Parts are identified from your pump, regardless of where it was bought.
The nameplate is illegible. What do I do?
Send photos of the whole pump and the worn part, plus any marking on the casing. We will try to identify it from those.
How long does parts delivery take?
It depends on the part and its availability. We will give you the lead time in the quote.
